i purchased the J94 pack and saw that the pug was included, i have tried to use it several times but it does'nt work.
any help is appreciated

Yes me too - tried them all before and I have the assets in the folder - but no Pug for me either.

I've got a lovely little 9 week old English Springer under the computer table though :)

I've been playing around with this again and providing you have the original Woodhead Route and the J 94 Austerity you should find it if you follow my info; linked to in "# 2" above.

Other than that I found it can only be used if making your own "Free Roam" scenarios, not in Standard, Career or Timetabled for some unknown reason.

Create your own free roam (on any route) then open up the asset providers list and scroll down to "Michael Whiteley" list, open that up and tick the centre boxes of "Austerity & Bonus". That will put it in the Loco list of the editor for use. It only comes as a light engine so you have to make up your own consists.

Done that but to no avail - though I haven't tried to place it in freeroam on Woodhead - I'll try that - you never know.

I tried it again in a new freeroam scenario on Woodhead, with the same result.

It shows in the list but will not plant on the track.

Have you looked at the asset providers list under "M. Whiteley" and made sure that the "Austerity" box is ticked as well as the "Bonus" box. If it isn't then it will show in the list but not "plant" as you say.

Yes, to your question.
A search of the net, suggests that the "Memories of Maerdy" J94, is required for the Pug to show, which I don't have.
It shows in the editor list and consist list( 48 tons), but it won't activate.

Saw the post so gave it a try, followed pjohnandlyns intructions, and got it planted on the track. No prob.

The pug doesn't work on woodhead free roam. Is the maerdy route also required for it to work?
