how to open doors with xbox one controller

hi train freaks :-)
so now i am trying to play this game on my xbox one controller instead of my keyboard.
And must say it works but i cant find a button to open the doors ...

is this normal ? or is it a button that i dont know ? do i need to use the button on my keyboard or do i need to push a button in my train cabine ?

little bit of help would be welcome :-)

It should be just press X (blue button) to bring up the menu, on the right the load passengers button should be at the top.

Also the save file dump faults shouldn't be happening. If it persists, please open a support ticket here:

so i click the link and there i select submit a ticket ?

big thx for the info, long time ago i played this game but i think i am in love again now it works with the xbox one controller :-)
Works great on my triple screens , just a couple of text boxes comes on the wrong place where my bezels are of my screen :-) .

Yes, submit a support ticket there. The dump file error shouldn't be happening. Support will be able to gather the info needed to help.
