DTG! Chatham Main and Medway route missing platforms New Hythe

One for DTG, unfortunately at New Hythe the platform is about 6ft away from the train and on the opposite side there is no platform, nothing there at all. Thought i would bring it too your attention so you can patch. Kinda spoils the immersion a bit, cause the rest is fine.

The platforms on the version that I have seem to be in the correct place at New Hythe ? Have you accidently moved them with out knowing?

Wish I could help,,,,used to travel to new hythe for work,,,Reeds paper mills,,,,,but I cant get it till 9th Feb.......boo hoo.

First scenario i have played Danny, not been in editor at all. I will try the next scenario and see if the same thing occurs when I load the route up.

Did the next scenario Danny, and still the same problem at New Hythe with the platforms, one is very narrow so it is a distance away from the train going towards Strood, going towards Tonbridge there is no platform at all. Its definitely not me, cause the rest of the route is fine from end to end. Wouldn't mind so much but I paid full price for this when there was suppose to be a 40% discount for those who own Chatham Mainline, but Steam released it at full price.

Its not, DTG James has already admitted to messing this one up, as they are hectic in the offices at the moment!! I will live with it, cause it does get a fair bit of rolling stock and a couple of liveries plus the route extension is pretty good apart from the problem mentioned above.

The mess up he was refering to was the release and price on steam ;) (the office isn't completely hectic at the moment :P ) Also i'm watching a live stream of that route and didn't see that issue on there ? :)

Ok Danny, I will try the route again, but that is 2 scenarios I have tried and both have the same issue. Sorry to bother you with this issue, but I rarely come onto these forums unless there is a genuine problem I have noticed. I will persist and try another scenario to check for the problem.

Although the issue you've described isn't really a scenario issue but a route one, so i'd assume something has been moved. Or a strange bug that has appeared (something like that would have been noticed ).

I'm not saying that you are wrong though, just saying i'm not having the same thing :)

Hey guys,,just left Strood,,,,,,,arrived at New Hythe,,looks fine to me,,Im 68yrs,,,,used to work at the paper mills here,,,Reeds,,,in 1969,,,omg,,so old now. Thanks DTG.

Can also confirm that New Hythe is exactly as it should be here.

Ok not sure whats happened to mine, I will investigate further but not sure why I have this problem only.
