Do the scenarios show up in the various (career, standard, Quick Drive) drive menus? If yes, and then they're failing to play when selected, is the game crashing as they try to load? Or if not, are there any error messages at the end of the loading process - and if so, what are these?
More detail on what is precisely happening is needed, before anyone is really going to be able to help. But rest assured the route (non Steam version) does work fine with Window 10 (64bit), and if you do have all the pre-requesite DLC as you indicate, then in theory it should run ok. All the best. :)
Thanks for your quick response.
The Wherry Lines Norfolk to Great Yarmouth scenario is shown in the Select Route tab of the Quick Drive, Standard and Free Roam options.
The route is available only in the Quick Drive option. I can select the route OK, but none of the 'Wherry Lines' locomotives are available, although I can use the route with other locos/dmu's.
None of the Class 37 DRS, Class 156, 158 and 170 are available in the Select Locomotive option in either Quick Drive, Standard or Free Roam options.
The game doesn't crash and there are no error messages. Just no scenarios (apart from in Quick Drive) or locomotives are available.
Regards,
Alan
Note if this is the version of the route you have, you do need to download and installo the extra stock pack (from the product page on the AP website) to be able to run the included scenarios.
Alternatively if you have the Steam Store version of the AP route then this comes with 20 Career Scenarios, of which the first 15 all use the Class 37/4 as the driver engine, & the remaining 5 CS are for the Class 170. But there are no scenarios directly for any other locos. QD again should allow you to use any loco you like for the route.
Thanks for your help.
I have the AP version installed but I cannot access the 25 standard scenarios.
I cannot load the 37/DRS locos in QD. I note your comments on Class 156, 158 and 170, but they are listed in the Wherry Lines route scenario. I also have AP42 Wherry Lines scenario pack (2015) installed.
Have you checked that the 25 scenario folders (and their respective files) are present within the Wherry Lines route folder* within the 'Contents' folder in your Railworks installation? Is it possible they're missing all together? That might explain their not showing in your game.
* The route folder is named "3a99321a-0bb2-47be-bcad-b20cfe48a945"
If so, all I can suggest is you re-download your route purchase from your AP account, just in case the original installer file was somehow corrupted. Then uninstall the route from your game (make sure it is fully removed (by manually checking the folders within your Railworks installation & deleting if necessary) and then try again reinstalling the route.
If your TS2018 install is otherwise working (for all other routes) it's highly unlikely to be anything to do with the game itself. You're the first player (I'm sorry that it's happened to you) that I've heard have such problems with this particular route. Hopefully it's just nothing more than bad luck with a dodgy download of the route. Finger's crossed.
I have checked the Content folder and "3a99321a-0bb2-47be-bcad-b20cfe48a945" is present.
I cannot see any of the scenario listed 37/DRS locos i.e nos 419 APWL, 405 APWL etc referenced in any of the folders within the Assets folder......
I have just completed another clean install of TS2018 (and a clean boot) but still no joy. I will do another download from AP as you suggest. Probably leave it 'till tomorrow now though - my eyes are hurting.
Thanks for your support, will let you know the outcome tomorrow.
Regards,
Alan
Hi Alan. As explained redownloading (reverfiying) TS2018 won't help. Because the AP route is nothing to do with the basic install of your game. If all other routes are working ok, it's just a problem with the Wherry Line route install. Therefore I'd strongly recommend you leave TS2018 itself alone, and rather focus on the AP route install. Best of luck with that tomorrow - I very much hope it works out for you. All the best.

I knew they were in there, I just couldn't post the exact path because I don't have the AP/website version.
