Old game keys & DLC
Hi,
I was wondering if I buy DLC from a website that I can't type (golf two alpha) it says TS2015 so will it work on TS2018 or not. Also if I was to buy a TS2013 key would I get the routes included with Train Sim 2013?
Thanks,
Thomas

Yes as long as the keys are genuine, then they will add the content (of the past versions of TS) to your curent TS2018 install. A very good way of picking up lots of DLC cheaply. :steamhappy:

London to Brighton. Isle of Wight. East Coast Main Line. Great Western Main Line. Plenty of variety there if you like UK routes although the ECML & GWML are showing their age.

Is London to Brighton any good and which version includes London - Faversham?

London to Brighton is very good route.
London to Faversham was in 2014 version.

London to Brighton is generally well recieved and is marketed under the ''Classics'' brand. It's getting a bit old but a lot of extra DLC have scenarios for the route so it is well utilised. If you like modern commuter and main line running it may be the one for you. (Always check reviews etc, and from what Ive heard it can be a bit FPS heavy.)

LF High Speed is included in TS2014 in which you also get Hamburg-Hannover and the Donner Pass routes.

Edit: Ah, I've been beaten to it ;)

Thank you both

Do either of you both know where I can get TS2014 because everywhere seems to be out of stock

There are boxed versions and steam key versions out there in stock, for me at least. I just Googled TS2014 and it came up with a few.

If you are looking for just LF High Speed then it is sold on the store and is included in a few bundles.

Yeah I just thought if I can get it cheaper then I will. The cheapest I found TS2014 was £14.99 on Amazon I think

London-Brighton, IoW & London-Faversham routes have useful assets required for quite a few freeware routes too.

I didn't get London to Brighton in TS2013...

Maybe I have it because I have the disc version of TS 2013??
