Possibly a device driver might have been damaged or lost in the crash. Unless you;re getting an error message, it's probably TS itself, which means a reinstall, but I'd try a file verify first.

dcshoe, Thanks
I try a file verify tomorrow.

What are you using to play the sounds? The motherboards inbuilt sound or a stand alone sound card?

Perhaps you should update Windows 10 to 1909 or is that what you meant?

I will update to 1909 this night and see what the result is.

Have you followed the directions from TS2020 FAQ to correct this?

I have installed 1909 and sound still not work in TS2020 64bit.
I am installed TS 2019 back ( lucky my i had a backup), The sound works ok in 64bit.
I've had it with that 2020 version, DTG can put its 2020 version where the sun doesn't shine ...

Why blame DTG. I would say that it is something on your computer that is causing the issue and nothing to do with DTG if there was everyone else would have the problem. Also remember there are thousands of computer configurations out there so don't expect DTG to get it right for them all .

What are you using and what settings in the game sound menu, windows sound menu (the little speaker icon on the bottom right) creative sound menu and Gigabyte sound menu.
You cant use both the onboard and a soundcard at the same time so which one do you use and what settings for what speaker set up?
Have you got 7:1 - 5:1 - 2:1 or just plain stereo speakers?
Are you sure you have the correct drivers for the sound system you chose to use?
Have you turned the right settings on in the system bios settings?
What exactly is it you have done, changed, switched or set and in what order so far?
Sound systems can get a little complex and fall over if there is a wrong setting somewhere along its line.

Problem solved.
Renamed the 64bit OpenAl32.dll from TS2019 to OpenAl64.dll and copied it to TS2020.
Unbelievable...
