To split hairs IIRC the speed limit in the tunnel is 100mph and it is just over 30 miles long- about 20 minutes at full chat. That's still pretty long but on the plus side the (lack of) scenery should see it run smoothly on modest hardware and the tunnel has quite a varied gradient profile so you'd need to be on your toes.

Not sure I would buy this DLC even though JJ I see you have done your best to bring out the best and the most salient points of such a DLC. Respec.
If I wanted to sit in the dark for 20 minutes going virtually and vaguely up and down I could just as easy spend it blindfold whilst freeroaming on that bloody useless pump car.
It's not without merit but it doesn't appeal to me much either TBH.
