Report a translation problem
You should be able to locate your route under Program Files (x86) / Steam / steamapps / common / RailWorks / Content / Routes.
Each route has a unique set of numbers and letters. If you have a version of TS with your route, you can see what your route's file name is from the main menu. Otherwise, go through each file, locate RouteProperties, and open it (Excel works for reading .xml files if you don't already have a default program for this). Somewhere in the document there will be a route name. If it's your route, than you should be able to simply copy/paste the whole route folder into the same location on your new setup (if it's not there already).
