Master Key Simulations Class 73

Is there a guide to tell you how to drive the Master key simulations class 73, im having trouble.

It's in the manuals folder in your Railworks Directory.

Even with the manual and several youtube clips I haven't gotten the 73 to move an inch on 3rd rail... No idea what I'm missing.

Which 73 are you using? As far as the DTG version goes (Gatwick Express), there are 2 types to choose from - Diesel or Electric. If you are using the diesel version, there is no way that you will get it to move on the third rail as it is seemingly unable to switch between power modes. On the other hand, if you use the Electric version to start with, that one can change between power modes and back again as many times as one wishes. It is rather odd to say the least. I am unable to comment on other 'version' of the same class, but I wouldn't mind betting there is a similar problem there somewhere. When I created my blue re-skin of the 73, I did some tinkering with the bin file and got them both working in the same way.

Here is a short video i did starting off on 3rd rail with the MKS 73, changing to Diesel then back to 3rd Rail. It was just a default 73 QD on London to Brighton where it was already set for electric, just had to throw a few levers and away it went. Basically just use Ctrl A to change mode (which throttle lever is active), then either start diesel engine or switch it off. That seems to be the simple way anyway.

This has interesting series-parallel controls like the Woodhead 76 (EM1). Picked it up in the sale and look forward to learning the ropes.
