Report a translation problem
Scroll the list until you find the CSX C30-7 addon then untick the "Installed" box.
Wait until it's done then close and re-open Steam.
Go to the DLC box again and re-tick the one you uninstalled. That will give you a fresh copy.
Do not do anything else until it's finished re-installing. Then give it a try.

Then right-click Train Simulator in the Steam clients detailed view. Click 'Properties' and 'verify game cache'.
Both methods work.
2nd is more complicated.
Sorry, but n o b o d y should ever be forced to uninstall the w h o l e TSxxxx folder... EVAR?!!
Re-downloading 100-300 GIGABYTE bc ONE DLC is broken is pure insanity, Duder!
