cant download free dlc

so my mum bought me train simulator 2017, so when it was installing i decided to see if there were any free dlc and there was so i went to get it but then it said you must have TS2017 to get this dlc becuase TS2017 was still installing, so i waited untill it was installed then when it was installed i went back to the dlc to install it but it said you must have TS2017 to get this dlc and ive tried refreshing the page but it still said it please help because i really want the dlc.

You must live outside the USA as this DLC is not free - but is just unavailable for sale outside the USA because it has some branded content which isn't allowed outside the USA.

No worries. Just a heads up, there are freeware (free DLC) sites out there. A quick google and you can find a wealth of top quality downloads. Given that TS is relatively new to you however I would reccomend exloring the base game first and then thinking about addons.
