T.S.2016 U.P. 8,500 h.p. Gas Turbine

I cannot get this locomotive moving. I push the start button, the light lights up and it says "initialising start up" and i am waiting a long time for the amps to rev up, but i see nor hear any activity. After waitng at least 5 minutes, i give up. Do i need to wait longer or is it another glitch ?

How does one go about getting the turbine?

It was part of TS2016 and now it's included in the American Powerhaul version of TS (http://store.steampowered.com/app/443900/American_Powerhaul_Train_Simulator/). I'm not sure if there's any other way to get it.

I just bought Sherman Hill route addon and the gas turbine came with it.

All TS2016 "exclusive" trains were added to their TS2016 routes when TS2017 was released.

For 2018 Version eventhough you already own the Sherman Hill DLC Do You Need To Buy It Again To Get The Turbine Loco

No clue. I had assumed that everyone who owns Sherman Hill would also been given the Turbine.

EDIT: It isn't even possible to buy Sherman Hill again if you already own it, is it?

I have checked my DLC list in my library, and I have been given a DLC named "UP Gas Turbine" at the same day I added Sherman Hill to my library.

Perhaps you could check if you also have been given that DLC coupled to your Steam library?

I asked Dovetail about the TS Rewards content (for TS2016) I'd missed out on and they sent me codes for... well some of the items I'd missed. I'm not sufficiently bothered about the other items to press the point. When you contact them I suggest you attach a list of DLC screen-grabbed from your Library page- they asked me for one presumably to verify the content I owned.
