Armstrong Powerhouse Class 465/466 Enhancement Pack Vol. 1 Problem

I purchased Armstrong Powerhouse Class 465/466 Enhancement Pack Vol. 1 for the Class 465 train sets I am running on a fictional commuter layout I have been working on. When I place them into the scenario, however, the drivable power cars do not appear except for the couplers at either end. The passenger (non-drivable) cars appear fine. After placement, however, the power cars individually can not be reselected to be deleted nor can I make them drivable (add the driver icon). They are there in that they cause the signals to show an occupied block and will derail a train running into them. I sent a message to Armstrong's support but haven't heard back yet. I was wondering if anyone in here had any ideas? Thanks.

I verified the integrity of the game files and nothing came up missing or corrupted. Still haven't heard back from Armstrong, though perhaps due to the weekend. I didn't receive a confirmation, though. Does anyone have experience dealing with their customer service?

Verifying the integrity of the game cache will NOT fix an issue due to a third party add-on and may well have overwritten some files used in this EP. I would suggest a reinstall of the Enhancement Pack. I guess that you have also installed the 'Extra Stock' and 'Realistic Branding Patch' as well? Plus these essential requirements: DTG ECML London to Peterborough and DTG Southeastern Class 465

Does this DMU appear OK in the scenarios provided by AP? If yes, then your route may be the issue.

I reinstalled the "Realistic Branding Patch" and that seems to have solved it. Thanks!

Yes I had the filter checked - that's why I could see the rest of the train, just not the power cars..

It seems there was something screwy with the "Realistic Branding Patch" because it worked fine after I reinstalled that.

I'm still getting the hang of operations, but the enhancement pack so far really improves the experience. The cab controls are a lot more realistic.
