Camera zoom - Can I go further out?
I remember in the older versions of Train Simulator, I was able to zoom out quite a ways in the exterior views. Now it feels as though I'm 'locked' very close. Is there some setting that I missed that would allow me to zoom out further? Thanks!

If you are using keyboard and mouse then the arrow keys will zoom you in and out as well as the mouse wheel.

Use the 'Free Camera' - Its on the HUD, Right hand side, bottom row - world like symbol.

Wow, just noticed the arrow keys also control camera. I feel like an idiot >.<
