Key Binding PZB, SIFA

I have installed TS2021 with the AddOn "Hamburg - Hannover". Unfortunately I can not activate the PZB and the SiFa. The given key combinations Shift + Enter (NUM and not NUM) and Ctrl + Enter (NUM and not NUM) do not work. Only Shift + + (NUM) produces a change of the display "B".

Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this problem. I also have a problem with my train break. In TS2021 the keybinding is "ö" + "ä". In game it's "ö" + "ü"...

Try pressing ctrl+enter (on numpad) once. In a moment one of the numbers should lit (in the default stock AFAIK there's no way to select between passenger and freight). That's it. Once you start running the numbers should start blinking, indicating restricted mode. Acknowledge it and continue as usual.
