My mouse cursor has vanished when I start Train Simulator

This is cause by having the Pointer Trails or Magnification option selected in mouse options within Windows. To correct it please follow these steps:

1. Open the Windows Control Panel
2. Click on the mouse setting options (this is usually found under the Hardware and Sounds section of the Control Panel but can vary depending on your version of Windows)
3. In the mouse settings click the Pointer Options tab
4. Untick the box that says Display Pointer Trails.
5. Click the button that says Apply
6. Click the button that says Okay
7. Restart your computer
8. Restart Train Simulator
