When I was already competing at the 燃えろ ("Rival Schools? What's that?") tourneys (first, then 熱血青春日記, then third) at a professional level and was hosting Power Stone 2 events (with prizes) on the Dreamcast, 82% of this board very likely weren't even been born yet.
Also, "arcade based on Dreamcast" is hilarious misconstruction. Naomi's Power Stone 2 was released in April as well, but it was BEFORE (earlier than) April 27-th release of the DC port.
They had almost a full month to improve it further (polish, bug test, QA, etc), which they did.
Naomi experience is still good, but it's not as solid and literally flawless as Dreamcast's one.
It's like implying or straight up stating that arcade SoulCalibur is identical to console ones.
And don't even start with me on the entire "arcade Virtua Fighter vs later console/PC ports".
One of the most nonsensically bizarre wrongtakes I've seen here thus far. You literally don't know jack F all about any of this, which is very evident now. Unlike you, I've experienced it.
Reading comprehension is really not one of your fortes, it seems. Arcades are almost never "better" than later upgraded ports. There are a few "exceptions" (prime examples of "arcade version is better": OG MK trio+UMK, vanilla arcade Chaos Breaker is way better than it's later "Dark Awake" port, arcade Primal Rage was also better), but the general rule is that first/2nd arcade release is barebones milquetoast experience with myriads of problems ranging from sound to graphics, balance, performance and stability. Majority of which gets fixed LATER.
And that's while not even mentioning that arcade releases in general usually have way less content (less stages, less playable characters, etc) than later builds. Entire history of SF II, lul.
Never ever dare to @ at me any in regards to these things. I've started my professional FGC career at the arcades in 1996, spare me any of that lame BS of yours, please. Stop self-lying.
and where is TvC i want to play Doronjo :0 Yatterman ftw, the first english anime ever that raised generations of real men like me
gnore the author of this post; he's disconnected from reality and completely ignorant. They're only here to try to make the collection a failure for reasons I don't understand, but the trick is going badly for them, and all their attempts are going to be useless.
They're both just as embarrassing as each other.
