Difference between cs_ and de_ maps

What are the main differences between maps that start with cs_ and maps that start with de_?

CS maps are designed for Hostage-Rescue gamemode and DE are for Bomb-Defuse one.

If you need an easy way to memorise, Counter-Strike was initially developed as a hostage rescue game (hence CS prefix), the bomb defuse mode was implemented later in development.
