Yeah, these people coming in here with all these blatant lies about their performance are getting out of hand. 3060 isn't even capable of 60 on low
A 3060 can do 60FPS low for sure.
Nope. Plenty of sites have tested these various gpu's with the game and the 3060 is just above 50fps on the beach with nothing happening on low settings at 1080. Sorry to burst your bubble
It is true. You've tweaked it and turned other things off. On default low it barely hits 50-60 with nothing going on

Running around 50-60 fps capped on all epic settings by turning down a single setting to 0.1, nothing else
The only setting I change: Foliage Interaction Distance Multiplier to 0.1
This is apparently plant physics, 0.1 is plenty but it looks like you miss out on wind effects having it that low you'll still bump the plants around at 0.1, go 1.0 if your GPU might handle it. Plant physics is pretty much turned off if you go 0.01 but you probably get a major fps boost
