I capped myself at 55FPS on an RX 6650 XT (equivalent to a 3060 or 3060ti) and sit around 70% GPU usage on medium/low with the frills turns off.

A 3060 can do 60FPS low for sure.

That just isnt true. I have one and get 55-60 on medium/low settings.

Nope. Plenty of sites have tested these various gpu's with the game and the 3060 is just above 50fps on the beach with nothing happening on low settings at 1080. Sorry to burst your bubble

It is true. You've tweaked it and turned other things off. On default low it barely hits 50-60 with nothing going on

Theres so many videos on YT with people becnhmarking the 3060Ti, so i dunno why these people lie about this. Just look it up, the 3060 CAN NOT play this game at 60fps, ANY SETTING, without doing massive console commands,making the game look worse than ASE.

Not sure. I'm running the game on a 4070 on epic (1080p). Without FrameGen I get around 40ish FPS...with FrameGen it's solid 60 (capped). Since I believe the 30 series does not support FrameGen, I doubt it's going to run well on high/ultra.

Without frame generation, I can barely get that performance on a 4070ti and that card is slightly faster than a 3090ti. I'm on 1440p though, not 1080.

Running around 50-60 fps capped on all epic settings by turning down a single setting to 0.1, nothing else

The only setting I change: Foliage Interaction Distance Multiplier to 0.1

This is apparently plant physics, 0.1 is plenty but it looks like you miss out on wind effects having it that low you'll still bump the plants around at 0.1, go 1.0 if your GPU might handle it. Plant physics is pretty much turned off if you go 0.01 but you probably get a major fps boost
