Why the reviews so low

The game looks better, the interactions of the dino's seems more realistic. Why the low approval rate? I played the original Ark for a long bit but the 40 dollars seems pricey for a single map. Only reason i am not buying straight away. Now the reviews got me spooked

if you would of looked at the description of the game it says that additional maps will be included at no cost in the future think mate

They said in a forum filled with posts about technical issues, lack of servers, etc. All while the Ark Discord is on fire too. But yeah...surely just review bombs. Couldn't be anything else lol.

No they are not, they are mad because its crap they spent money twice on. You make it sound like all the negative reviewers are sitting in some discord server some where colluding. Review bombing is something made up by developers and their marketers to explain why people give their game a bad review when in fact its quite simple.

Its a POS. ITs always been a POS and it will always be a POS.

The only reason the original had positive reviews overall is because the company paid another company to make fake good reviews. Look it up its an actual service crappy gaming companies use to artificially inflate their reviews. YES there are companies that exist for the sole purpose of giving products, including games, fake reviews.

Anyone that has spent any amount of time in Ark knows its a janky buggy POS held together by its mod community.

well since i got my refund, i can't really review it, but the main reason i did it was because renting a server would cost me #32 a month which is bs. used to be $10 or $15 if i remeber correctly.

No snark: If you don't understand why the reviews are so low, I recommend you take some time and read the reviews.

Unacceptable problems abound, and the scummy practices by the people selling this (not the least of which is the initial promise that it would be free to people who already owned ARK 1) are cleanly detailed.
