I'm afraid you're just unlucky.
The only thing I can suggest is, if the floor is not too high above the ground, then break through the wall of the tree with melee attacks (with them, and not chopping the tree) and simply jump down from the edge. You understand that if it is too high, it can lead to the death of the character.
There is also a console (~ console call) teleportation command, but I haven’t used it, so I can’t give you any advice here.
There is a "teleport x,y,z" console command, and you might be able to just build or spawn stairs down nearby with the command "spawn 14".
@Artur Smiarowsky: Is this already (or going on) the list of bugs? It seems like this happens infrequently but it feels high prio to me
We have a bug reported for it on Discord.
Is there a way to just.. Return to world map?
Seems like there's no way to make my Z level not the Integer limit, so I'm kind of stuck myself lol!
Edit: Left to main menu and relaunched, returned to Z level 0 - Saved!
