VR Support?

Bundle Stars says Q.U.B.E has VR support. Is this true? Because the store page doesn't say this, nor can I see the game in the 'VR' section of my Steam games list.

it looks it has oculus dk1 support, no mentions anywhere about newer hmds, i have on it on my library i'll take a look later but i doubt it will work with vive/revive

Hi there, QUBE 1 only has Oculus DK1 support, that's why it doesn't have the 'VR' tag on Steam as its not fully VR compatible.

tha's a shame. that's a perfect game for Vive and oculus,I know QUBE 2 will be release soon, any chance for vr support for PC user?

Hi there, QUBE 1 only has Oculus DK1 support, that's why it doesn't have the 'VR' tag on Steam as its not fully VR compatible.

Unfortunately, there's no plans for VR support on initial release but we may have VR support in the near future or a standalone version with certain features altered. For example, the blue cube is pretty intense in VR and can cause a lot of motion sickness so we'd like to look at slightly changing mechanics and making a specific VR version instead.

Yes yes yes!!! I am and my friends will buy it immidiatly then it will have VR!!!
And dont forget wmr support (howether vive will be enough - wmr support vive games)

Yeah this game has a tag for VR support with the steam UI beta that can be seen clearly

Two years later, both QUBE Director's Cut and QUBE2 have VR tagged in the library, but no actual specifics or support info on the store page (Even the tag in the library is missing on the store page).

I still keep seeing it pop up in the VR supported list here on Steam, too. It seems very unfortunate that the devs chose to only have support for an early VR prototype that no one has even heard of anymore. The Rift and Vive have been going strong for years now. Support for those would have been a worthwhile investment.

Amazing game... Any update on VR support?

Our JoinUsInVR group does a ton of free VR game testing and promoting on Steam and Quest, and our community has all of the headsets. We'd love to help you test it out, simply for the fun of it.
