He literally did 4 episodes and stopped. He thought everyone was enjoying Outlast better. Come on! Really? Even if you don't like him, you need to understand that he built his entire channel off his love for Amnesia. Even he can't bear to put up anymore episodes because of his disappointment. He put up an hour video instead of actually completing the series.

AAMFP is just such an absolute fail!

EDIT: People for some reason keep skipping the entire thread and not realize that i've based my opinion of the game from my own experience without looking at Pewdiepie's video or his opinion on it until after I was done with my own playthrough first.

I love Pewds and I think AMFP isn't as nearly as good as TDD but I still think he should've got over that and actually played through.

he clearly may not be DONE. but right now it looks like he has finished outlast and moved on to other things. AAMFP has literally gone to the back of my mind, and it appears the same way for him too, as well as many others.

Hoping they make a kickass DLC though to revitalize it.

No one's riding a high horse here. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, including you. If you and Pewdiepie hate this game, then that's great for you! But because a single person (regardless of their fame) thinks it's a bad game, it doesn't mean that it's a bad game. Some people will love it, some people will hate it, some people will find a balance in the middle.

It's all a matter of opinion, whether you think it has something to do with it or not.

AMFP is absolutely amazing. It's got a new environment in which you don't spend half the game looking for oil, no need for inventory. It's completely centered around the experience of it.
Markiplier played this and had an amazing time, and his channel was started off of TDD aswell. So don't go telling us that since Pewdiepie didn't think this was good, it sucked.
And, frankly, Markiplier is better than Pew.

Regardless if you hate him or love him, he is popular because of his Amnesia "Let's Plays"...and he hasn't finished the game.

Honestly, I've played 10 hours of this game and find myself traumatically dissapiointed. Hallways, picking up notes, oratories, and little to no horrors. Pigs aren't scary. Hallways aren't scary. This game is just a "LETS WALK DOWN SPOOKY HALLWAYS"

I have absolutely no problem with Markiplier. In fact I just watched his reaction to the game as a whole on his final lets play of AAMFP. He even said that he applauded what they were trying to do with this game, but he came away rather disappointed with the idea that this game was going to focus more on story and he was also going to be scared out of his mind.

The game failed in the scare factor/horror department. Everyone was EXPECTING this to be SCARY. It's Amnesia for heaven's sake! They just didn't capitalize and I think it upset a lot of people.

Well to be honest I'm a pretty big horror fan. They just went for more of the, creepy, approach this time. They did a good job at that. Jumpscares aren't that often but hey, I think its still a good game. ♥♥♥♥ you all. Hehe :p

I'm pretty sure Pewdie stopped putting it up on his channel because not a lot of people have watched/liked his AMFP videos. Although, if you go through his most popular videos, many of them are "Scariest Moment!" compilations.
People don't watch his AMFP videos because he ain't screaming the entire time is what I'm saying.

The thing is. If someone just, doesn't like the guy's videos.. Why should they care whether or not he finished a series yet? Beyond that, you're filling in the gaps on with your own negative opinion on the game. Not his own.
