Messed up and I might be stuck (SPOILERS)

I am currently at the area where you have to collect the ingredients and put them in the pipes. I believe I messed up in the Holding Pens area (I think that was where it was)... Normally the pig man chases you after you get the ingredient. Unfortunately, I dropped it and slammed the door shut as I was running, and now I can't get back in. Will I have to load a previous save?

I found more ingredients. Apparently I spammed them and left them lying in a corner. I might not be screwed after all...

EDIT 2:

Yeah, I still think I messed up... I have the Ohm and BiV ingredients, but I cannot find anymore.

I used the wrong word above (anymore)... Also, I hit a button and something appears to be going on...

EDIT 4: And I'm stuck again. The ingredients I did have spun around, and the doors sealed, but that is all that happened. I'm probably going to have to load an earlier save, unless someone has a solution.

I am stuck at the same level right now, I simply didn't understand what I was looking for searching through 2 compounds, I returned to both location but since they changed I've managed to get only low temperature ingridient, I can't even get to a place in a holding pens where I've seen other tube

I did something very similar with a piece of coal on my second playthrough and had to go to a previous save. No inventory; genius!!

I reloaded and this time the pig chased me through the Low Temp storage. I dropped the third ingredient in order to open the door, and then the pig disappeared into red fog and the door closed. I went and got the ingredient from Low Temp storage, and the door I had been chased through disappeared... I pushed the blinking buttion, and the mixing of the ingredients occurred again...

Basically, the same thing happened, but I still appear to be stuck.

Use the pneumo thingy (bioshock)! There is a tube and a lever that you can transport ingredient to the central room before leaving both Low Temp Storage and Holding Pen.
That's why there is no inventory, because this kind of thing is not suppose to happen (in developers mind).

And you will only need two ingredients.

I restarted it and done it all right this time, but its frustrating that after the first time I just couldnt make it back to the pneumo tube location (cause as I said the level has changed), hope such crap won't happen further in the game anyways.

Yeah, I didn't see it... In the empty slot (there should be an empty slot) there's the acidic ingredient you need to disolve the lock... Then again, I'm playing on a low brightness setting.

Yeah, there is two empty slots for two ingredients, the third is actually a glass container (already in place).

Also, if anyone is stuck regarding the door, after you've placed the third ingredient (the acid) on the door, shine the doctor's lamp on the lock, and it'll sizzle, before combusting.

That part messed me up. What happened to the wall at the Low Temperature area. It vanished and then there was an extra door and then that door vanished. Whats going on???

i never carried the ingridients, u put them in the little pipe thing and pull the lever. and then you run back and take them out of the pipe and put them in the centrifuge and boom there you go.
