How do I get past the truck into the St. Dunstans Church?

I picked up the thing from the factory, filled it with fuel from the fuel station and put it in the truck outside the church. How do I proceed? I've been stuck for 30min...

There is a crank to spin at the front of the truck.

There is a Gas can in the room just down the road in a lift. Take it back to the garage and fill it with gas and then put that can in the truck. After that yde the crank in the front of the truck to get it to move back enough for you to open the fence.
