Basso Missions - Accept vs Accept and Track
Is this just making it as my main mission or is this something else?

it just makes it your current objective mission, hit f1 and go to objectives to do the same thing.

It's just a way of accepting it as one of your listed objectives (F1 > Objectives) and Tracking it at the same time on the Map (F1 > View Map) and it will be "selected". It also means it's the current waypoint that shows up on the game's screen when you start playing again. Just saves a step or three.
