Chapter 1 Lockdown Headshot 4 Threats Bugged???

I have restarted the game multiple times and can only find 3 Broad Head Arrows on Master Difficulty which makes getting the Headshot 4 Threats Challenge immpossible to achieve if there are only 3 Broad Head Arrows on this chapter, I have heard that lower difficulties get to find more arrows but if this is the case how do you complete it on master??? If anyone knows a solution please share it so I can try and complete the challenge thanks.

Not sure if this helps, but you can replay the mission later with your upgrades and more arrows.

really? Any mission? Is it accessable via the menu or in-game by activating certain waypoint?

In game next to the guard watch tower. For the first mission, and the rest are where you started them.

Nice that you can go back, but when did games decide to complete objective you have to play the game several times. Seems to be very common now. This isn't even an acheivment its just an objective of that level.

Personally I find conflicting challenges to be annoying. I like to try and hit up all the challenges ina level if I can, but sometimes there's one like "Get 5 aerial takedowns" coupled with "Perform no takedowns."

You can still get it with only 3 arrows. Throw a bottle at the head of the one guard who isn't helmeted (he's doing an autopsy or something on the guy on the wooden table where you pick up the first arrow). Hit him in the head with a bottle, it'll knock him out and give you a headshot. Then 3 arrows for the other 3 headshots.
