Can I play this game with GeForce GTX 560M?
I have an Asus gaming laptop with a GeForce GTX 560M? What settings would I expect (or will it run at all)? I don't know if anyone is playing with these specs. It seems like a graphic intensive game so I'm asking before purchasing...

Well while its above minimum specs this game is graphically intensive. You can probably run it on lower setting no problem but don't be expecting to bump them up to high.

As always if you can't be sure if you can run it and you have the bandwitdh to spare, always download the demo of a game or borrow a copy of the game from a sweedish friend to make sure your computer can run it.

I had a GeForce GTX 520 and couldn't even play it on the lowest setting. It was all choppy and laggy. So I bought a new graphic card and voila... I can now play it on max settings flawlessly.

I intstalled this on a pc with a 780m and then moved to a macbook with an overclocked 650m on windows. Performance is... acceptable on low settings as the game is slow-paced, looks great despite being on low but don't be expecting miracles for the frame rate or resolution.

59fps average on benchmark test with all settings maxed @ 1920x1080 using 780M SLI.

It works with a 560M.... I'm seeing low-20s FPS on medium-high settings. Thief isn't a twitch game so the lower FPS isn't as bad as it sounds.

Well remember in geforce 00-40 are budget card builds not meant for gaming. A 460 will out performa a 520 as an example. When building a gaming pc or upgrading always grab 50's or better with geforce. Reccomend 60's or better to be honest.

I'm in the same boat, I got a dinosaur of a card a gtx 9800, it's a few generations old but I can play hitman absolution on high fine and rust on fantastic on max resolution and full rendering so it's not thaaaat bad of a card, however it couldn't handle thief lol;c I'll be picking up my MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr next week, already upped my RAM just waiting on the card! Can't wait:D

Well I bought a pre made Asus gaming laptop that was said it was built for gaming....grrr....

(it runs games but not as much as I hoped for the price (I bought it about 2ish years ago).

I don't think I can augment for something like this. This sucks :( If only I knew better (not to mention some other pet peeves with Asus...although I do like much of it). Not much leeway with a laptop. I tried to combine portability with gaming two things that seem impossible without speending a huge fourtune. I hate the whole "tower" concept.

1st world problems.

Interesting...what FPS do you see on the lowest settings?
