I have the blueprint, and It makes a little paper airplane go around your head, attacking any zombies nearby.

It does that. But if you have it, you're either a hacker/modder, a liar or one of the people who got the early access, which I doubt. I don't mean to be rude but thats the truth.

People, stop being stupid. It's not there. Techland trolled us again, as I mentioned on the 6th of January. They said it was in game, just like with gold weapons, before they were actually released.

I found the blueprint on the following map, the only hint i can give is in one of these mysterious box and keep looking for the location.

It's in the locked boxes that Tolga and Fatin give you the tracker to, not the military boxes, I don't honestly remember where it is but I know for a fact it was either outside the graveyard on this peninsula kind've tiny thing, or on top of this water tower.

I have/have had this blueprint for awhile now, very easy to find.

i got the blueprint from the following somewhere. i forgot where... I think it was in one of those military crates which you need that military keycard to open. Pretty useless, it circles you then attacks like 5 zombies.

Do not mistake the military equipment crates for the mysterious boxes. Military ones are unlocked with a keycard acquired from the main story and contain experminetal buggy part blueprints and other cool stuff. Mysterious boxes are found by following the noise of the tracker and then using the hacking tool you get from Tolga and Fatin.
