When do you unlock coop?

How far into the game is it before you unlock coop?

After surviving the first night or at some point before that (I forget, sorry I can't be more specific).

I think it's when you get to the first safehouse and you first meet the doctor. I think that's about an hour into the game although I could be wrong obviously.

In game it is when you have completed the prologue. I believe this is just after you light up your first safe zone.

You need to finish the prologue.
Basicly the last mission of the "tutorial" is AIR DROP.

It's really easy because the prologue finish at your 1st night ;)

And check options, you need to open your game to "public, friends etc"

Yeah, it's after you find the first safe house that you need to clear of zombies. Should take you an hour and a half, maybe, to get to it... As long as you don't get too distracted along the way.

A message box will pop up and tell you that you can now play coop.

For me, it was after turning on the power and then going to the safehouse to sleep through the night, right after seeing the green zombie guy. Then you wake up and get a call from spike saying he wants to talk.

Finished the prologue, talked to the doctor, secured my first (and second) house... Still can't play coop. Is it supposed to unlock right before the last end game boss or what ? Grrr...
