Sonar D2X 32bit
Otherwise the game works well for me, the sound problem started in the tower and seems to be happening at regular intervals and does not seem to be peformance related (atleast for me).
It makes the game nearly unplayable with sound when it happens, give me instant headache.
Been mostly playing with 2.1 sound but tried 5.1 and 7.1 which did not make a difference.
Quiting to the menu then entering the game dosen't make it better as it still persists, the only way to remove it instantly is to exit to desktop and restart it...
Anyway, write if you got any tips or other general info :)
At first I thought it was something to do with fps drops but it seems to happen seemingly at random.
It's very annoying and makes the game almost unplayable.
However I've found a temporary work-around that appears to work most of the time.
Simply replugging the audio cable seems to fix it.
My onboard audio chip is from realtek.
Are there any options to config sound ingame? I can only adjust volume...
-edit-
I had it on 24 bit before
Nice, thanks.
This works for me as well.
Sadly this didn't work for me.
Still getting the slow-mo audio.
I sure hope they fix this issue along with the optimization and don't just ignore it, it's making playing the game terrible.
Thats too bad. I checked the two radio buttons as well beneath in the exclusive section. Otherwise I simply have an onboard Realtek audio chip, nothing special.
Really hope they fix it, never had it happen in a game before. =/ It does ruin the game experiance quiet abit when it happens yea.
I have a Realtek audio chip as well, if anyone is curious about that.
Like everyone else im hoping it's fixed along with a much needed performance patch, the game does seem to slow down alittle bit when the slow mo sound happens but only for things like character animations, it's very weird and unpredictable.
