Check the tower for Kristov...
Does anybody know where the hell Kristov is hiding? lol...I have searched the tower at least 3 times.

You have to make sure that quest is active, then talk to the guy that's standing near the quartermaster. He'll tell you to go to the 19th floor and speak to Ayo, who will tell you where Kristov went.
