Wish more games didn't take themselves too seriously so we can have fun little things like this one.

EDIT: Nevermind, it actually helps... somewhat, when moving around (especially on running challenges).

Don't know but don't think so. I saw the video and went there as soon as I reached Old Town, didn't even pay attention to the time.

Just crafting 1 won't give you much flight time, you need to craft 10 (they will stack) to achieve maximum flight time (you'll still fall at the end though).

To obtain the pyza suit you need to find the chimney with a green pipe sticking out of it. It can be found on one of the southeastern-most buildings in old town. Go about halfway through the easter egg course, and jump on the "secret spot" to activate the pyza suit drop.
Time of day and story progression progress are both irrelevant in obtaining this easter egg. All you need to do is be able to have access to Old Town.
