Setting sound to 96000 hz (realtek) fixed audio problems for me!
Read this somewhere on some forum. It worked for me.

Right click speaker icon in system tray->Playback Devices
Right click audio device->Properties
Go to advanced tab
Set to 96000 hz. I use 24 bit.

Sorry :P

Stuttering. After playing for a bit, the audio would get real choppy. Had to restart the game to fix.
