Ultimate weapon challenge

So it is the first weapon challenge from him in this area I think. I am in old town and the guy contacts me saying he's got new stuff and wants me to check it out. I can't seem to get to him. Either I am blind to the entrance or something is happening here. Can someone tell me how to reach the man?

I think we're both blind then, I can't seem to find the entrance either lol

Nevermind, I just found it:
Go to the front of the building (near the road), theres a store called 'Workshop' with a broken window (and a shelf full of TV's blocking the window) and a red door. You can open the door and get in to Tobias :P
