Underwater Algae

I traveled to a area climing to have underwater algae, but with no avail. Can someone tell me where specifically the actual algae is located?

What kind of algae are you talking about, the dulse algae or the normal ones in the sea? Dulse are in a small river near the top of the map, the other algaes are at the locations the map specifies, they are just deep down at the bottom and they are spread out pretty good, so don't expect to find many in a short time.
I also found normal algaes in a river, they were clustered together, like 5-6 of them and I can't remember where but I know I was pretty far up (not that far from the Dulse algaes I guess).

I know what you are asking for. I found it during a quest that took me to a dock looking area that was a survivor safe area. The water was deep and near the bridge.
