Shadow of the king quest: room 209 wont open with keycard

I this a glitch or something ?

I has this problem, but I was using the Staff Keycard. Go back down to reception and open the staff door with it and then you should see a whole bunch of room keys on the wall on a shelf.

Where's the card for room 101 or how do you get in there?
edit: nvm I used powerpyx's guide and got the achievo. You can get in that room.

I believe there are one or two rooms you just can't get into, unless I missed a keycard somewhere. I couldn't say if 101 is one of those because it's been a while since I did this quest.

I started at room 107, I got the file folder and a key on the dresser. I went up elevator and to room 206. Said I needed a key. Found it in the lobby on the round table. When picked up said staff key. Went to door in lobby called "staff" can't interact with key swipe, door gives the locked animation.
Must be bugged. It's my very last he quest and I defeated raid story mode 100% already. Perhaps that's causing the bug.
Reloaded fame went back to lobby picked up staff key again, now could enter staff room. Grab all keys, profit.
