Driving Cars?
I know my english is bad but read this:

So I was changing some lines of code to get an higher difficulty at night and by day with more zombies and speed, when I found a folder in which I discovered something about driving cars. I knew the Devs did tests about it, and decided to delete the capacity to drive them, but there is still a lot of stuff in these documents full of codes about driving them. I think it might be just disabled... if you guys can take a look it would be great to find out how to change a few codes and be able to drive them :D

The files are located here:

-From your «Program Files» folder
-Steam
-SteamApps
-Common
-Dying Light
-DW
-Data0.pak

You'll need to open Data0.pak with Winrar and extract all the files here:

-From your «Documents» folder
-Dying Light
-Out

Then if you go there:

-From your «Documents» folder
-Dying Light
-Out
-Data

You'll find a huge list of files and lines of codes.
Open a blank notepad, and put it on the right side of your screen. Then take your Folder app and put it to the left of the screen (if you are with Window 8). It will be much easier to work like that. If you don't have Window 8, well just open a blank notepad.

If you take anyone of those « .scr » files, and DRAG them right into the blank notepad, you'll see the lines of script. Now take a look at this:

-In your Documents/Dying light/Out/Data
-Scripts
-Vehicles

There you are. All in this folder are files about driving cars. If you guys find out a solution and a way to change some of these scripts to get into a car and drive it, just tell me! It would be sooooo awesome! I'll try to work on this too, so I'll let you know!

these files may be what is cause game run slow if only partial code and searching for missing parts. if just delete should fix and make game optimized?

Exactly how do you plan on "driving" in this game? Even if it would work it wouldn't really work because of the roadblocks and ♥♥♥♥ on the way, you wouldn't really be able to drive around like you could in dead island.

The files are probably not included, or if they are, it's probably for specific things. For example, I remember at least 2 instances where cars were being driven by NPCs.

Whoa there, I wouldn't really risk that, ask the developers instead, you don't wanna risk making this game completely unplayable

Maybe... i dont know. It seems to be unused codes. If we can delete them maybe it would increase the FPS and calm down the lag... but I don't think it will really change something... the next gen graphics are so georgous the AMD system can't take it... I don't think deleting some files will solve all the problems...

The problem, is that AMD, to put it bluntly, AMD is typically ♥♥♥♥.

I mean, just their pin connection system alone, is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded in this day and age.

Well, with time, maybe we could clean the Highway and get a fast passage from an edge of the map to the other. Like putting the cars away and use one to get near where you wanna get...

Early in the game I did see a van driving around in the slums, I tried to chase it but I couldn't keep up. I have no idea where it went or what it was all about. It was the only time I saw it, and I assumed it was part of a side quest or something. But I completed just about everything at this point and still have no idea what that driving van was about.

Anyway, maybe that's what the code was for?

The only moving vehicle I've seen, was the one that drops the guys off near the school.

that van you saw was most likely a sidequest that goes to the * house with red smoke* area on map ^^

Maybe future DLCs or Mods will utilize those codes. Unless those codes were for the Airdrops.
