I need many medikits but that is because i make rambo in zombiehordes. They grab you really fast and from behind etc.

oh sorry so you didn't actually mean infinite medkits and guns like actual ininfity this is more a guide on how to collect a lot of them in the game? you gotta word your stuff better and post this in the guides section not the forums or it'll just get washed away by a bunch of useless threads thank you for taking the time to make a helpful video for those who need it

I have so many med kits, and firecrackers, that I just found out last night that you can have over 99 items, even though it may not show "120" or some other number. After 99, you can keep crafting medkits, and it's added to the 99 that only shows on the U.I.

I have too many! There are three ways to craft medkits, from what I know so far. There's just no way you would be running out of medkits.
