Quests that can't be completed

After finishing the game there is a quest you can't complete:

A Survivor's Guide To Zombieland - It tells you to return to Fallon but the barge is no longer there. The quest dot is on an open spot of water.



Quests that don't show you where to do them:

Dulse - This one wasn't that hard since you just look for the lake of the same name.

Bandages and Meds

Lighter Gas

Incence Herbs

Poisonous Herbs

"Bandages and Meds" you get from those white cabinets with green cross. When you set this quest as active, you'll find painklillers instead of gauze.

Same with "Lighter Gas", but on any closet on the village (between the fisherman's place and the tower).

"Incence Herbs" the lavander are shown on the map - way to the northeast, beyond Fallon's barge.

"Poisonous Herbs" I don't recall because I completed it automatically. Aren't they the orange Toxic Lyncen (or something like that)? There are a lot on the dry river/sewer by the side of the Doctor's trailer.

I'm sorry about the gone barge. When I completed with a friend, the car falling from the bridge bugged out for me and I couldn't see it. Try to join a game with that quest.

Poisonous Herbs are Wolfsbane, iirc. SE near the sewage pipe into the dark area, in the Slums.

It's also a bit irritating that certain items can't be found unless you set the quest active.
Bandages and Meds cannot be found in Old Town, either.

I beat the game and I was allowed to do the quest "A Survivor's Guide to Zombieland." I so far can't find the quests "Poisonous Herbs" or "Search Lights" however. I looked where I was supposed to but neither of them appear on my map and no one is able to give me these quests. I even searched online. I had them during my first playthrough but this is my second on New Game Plus and I can't for the life of me find them. Help? These are the last two quests I need to do as I've never completed either.
