That would be a Destiny Loot Cave easter egg :) zombies infinitely spawn there if I'm not mistaken.

Well, Actually... right after I got it.. there were 0 zombies in the Slums, from that area to the tower I run, nothing. Absolute loneliness. I think when they say you'd better do some quest, means that you are absolutely foe-free to do them without Zombies around. Until night comes. Then spell is over.

just finished this easter egg quest and it seems that the amount of zombies didn't change at all
