strange cave and possible hidden mission?

In the North Eastern part of the map there are 2 wooden boards that are square in a small canyon. If you jump over them and swim under water for a bit there is a hidden cave. I went in there and found a chest with a crowbar in it zombies never stop appearing in the cave they just keep coming up from the ground and when I went in there a message popped up that said something like your destiny is to collect blueprints and craft weapons it was really weird. So I left and then upon leaving the cave 2 objective markers have appeared in there. I checked my quests and it's for none of them. I tried to track the markers and it would not, and going in there only makes them dissapear till you leave again. also I don't know if this is important or not but there are only normal zeds in there but they are all tagged on the mini map like virals usually are. This is really weird anybody been there or know what this is?

Most likely a reference to the "loot cave" in Destiny.

Ahh yeah I saw that entrance earlier but was a bit afraid of the water at the time and chose not go venture further.
