Remove ability to disable Zombie invasion completly

It seems like no one really has an incentive to enable the ability to have their world be invaded. Think about it why would anyone in their right mind actually want to be invaded by a zombie that can instantly kill you when you can just flip a switch and never have to worry about it. Take the Souls series for example, Not alot of plays want to be invaded but they still play online since it gives them the ability to play with other players. Or give players an incentive to want to enable random zombies coming in and trying to kill them like an exp buff or loot. To be fair it feels like why did the developers even spend time adding this feature if no one wants to use it.44

I didn't like left 4 dead I don't want it showing up in a game I actually do like outta nowhere to ruin my fun with something really stupid, now if they just let the guy spawn while we were still doing missions then sure but no going to the hives isn't fun at all make the mode fun adn we'll turn it on that's the real problem here sorry

So basicly they need to down invasion frequency, remove hives (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ waste of time) and up up reward. The night hunter is under powered if you flash him a few times, quit whining.

Agreed, turn off invasions, its a pain in the ass to join a game as it is only to have everyone wuss out and drop.

As for the Invasions themselves, they are great for the people who whine that the game is too "easy"

It's boring, I guess invades should stay in dark souls.

I was quite upset about how the zombie mode turned out. I thought it was just going to be a really fast and strong zombie that the player would control. No spider webs or any of that crap that it has, just fast and strong. And all you would have to do to get rid of it would be to kill it once and it's gone. Also with voice chat so the zombie could stalk you and say things to you in chat. Would have been a lot better and not some stupid grind fest with killing hives and crap.

that couldn't be further from the truth, I happen to find the game too easy, but like I said earlier I didn't like left 4 dead and I don't want it invading this actual good game :)

why don't you just play left 4 dead until techland figures out how to make pvp fun

Actually i was completly wrong. There IS incentive for the Zombie invasion. See regardless of winning you get this thing called a "Hunter Gland" Which makes "Night Hunter Booster". See What it does is give you the Max rank ability of both agility AND power while making your more resilient to damage. Awww i bet that would help killing those zombies with heavy rubar and anything else. Ill just be farming my night hunter glads since no one wants to pvp...more for me.

Except that those zombies you are talking about are not hard to kill.

this would be a great idea if those giant zombies didn't die in one hit without that booster and/or the game mode was actaully fun!

Im a night runner and i don't want to get invaded while i loot the police van at the bridge.

Being invaded is expensive and cost a lot of resource sometimes plus you can't do your routine because you are forced to DESTROY THE @#$&*@#% NEST.

Also late game people can 1 hit hunter, so the mode is quite broken right now.
