Check out what's going on in the flat

There's this house north-east of the tower, I heard screaming and a marker appeared...

None of the doors open, all windows are covered: image

There's a trap door on the top floor, with another trapdoor below, blocked by a cabinet: image

I've tried blowing up gas canisters in front of the doors, and a bunch of them in the room with the cabinet, but nothing moved an inch.

Does anyone know or have an idea how to get into there?

You can push the cabinet, just make sure you're standing at the correct side.

Ah, thanks! Figures that I'd try blowing it up before I try pushing the cabinet.

By the way, to complete the quest, go back each time with one more alcohol, at the third time you'll be prompted to pick the doors lock

Hi guys, but how do you get inside the building in the first image? I'm not able to open any of the doors at the ground floor, neither burgle or open.
