Hahah hell no...there is a problem on AMD cpus...its the games code fault...so wait for next patch and we will see :)

You know what i think is a pity? The minority having no luck with performance are dragging down this games reputation saying things like "new watch dog story", "not optimized", "broken game", "refund", "stupid port". I can run this on a coffee mill compared with some voyagers. Ive seen people not buying the game because of this. I dont mind, but i dont think its right either. Because i'm having lots of fun.

Now i did have to turn vsynq off for this. Please dont forget.

I with i7 4770 and R9 290 Tri-x I do 30 to 40 fps in open areas, and 50/60 fps indoors, at 40fps the game stutters, there is so much tearing, disabling options nvidia Gameworks earn 5 fps and lowering the depth of field other 15 fps, but in open areas I always 30/40 fps, is unplayable
