Erm you realise they fixed the issue by restarting their computers, so the "glitch" was not likely caused the game, even so a restart fixed it, there was/is nothing to patch. Whatever cause their issue, is most likely not the reason you are getting it.
Though it does beg the question, why did they not just restart their computers before posting? There is a reason the whole "did you switch it off and on again"meme keeps going around.
Not true, i have a dynamic Ip address, I have no issues. Now in your case a static ip may have fixed it, but that generally means something else is going on (possibly a network routing issue with certain ip addresses etc).
I am not saying you do not have an issue, but you should start a new thread with your specs, what you have already tried in order to fix the issue, and people can see what they can suggest. :)
Oh well fair enough. Hope you get an answer at some point.
all I had to do was go to settings time and language and
turn on set time automatically and set time zone automatically
if you already have them on just turn them off then on
and make sure your friends do the same
