The game you tried to join is no longer available

the current error myself and anyone else is getting trying to co-op, can anyone help please.

I'm unsure if this is a setting in my/anyone elses routers, or if its the game itself, please add any advice, if you are having the same issues or if you have it working, what you have done to make it work etc

Is it in play as a zombie mode? If not, try disabling your firewall and antivirus.

This suddenly fixed itself, the only thing that changed was both of us had restarted them game/our computers < could be possible fix to resolve, Anyway, Cheers for the advice man.

im soo dissapointed,this post is like 7 years old and that glitch is still around,i just got it and i cant play with anyone,im greeted with the message "the game you have tried to join is no longer avaivable" and its been like that for days i tought it would just fix itself but it wont,i tried disabling my firewall like SrZ guy told you to,and it does nothing man im soo angry that they havent patched the glitch yet its soo dissapointing.i really need help

I got some info guys! I sended a ticket to Techland about this problem . Basically it's about NAT. Basically if u dont have static ip you can't play it . Buy static ip or Configure your NAT Add me for more info !

Erm you realise they fixed the issue by restarting their computers, so the "glitch" was not likely caused the game, even so a restart fixed it, there was/is nothing to patch. Whatever cause their issue, is most likely not the reason you are getting it.

Though it does beg the question, why did they not just restart their computers before posting? There is a reason the whole "did you switch it off and on again"meme keeps going around.

Not true, i have a dynamic Ip address, I have no issues. Now in your case a static ip may have fixed it, but that generally means something else is going on (possibly a network routing issue with certain ip addresses etc).

My point was your issue is nothing directly to do with the ops, as their issue was down to their computers needing to be restarted as this fixed the problem.

I am not saying you do not have an issue, but you should start a new thread with your specs, what you have already tried in order to fix the issue, and people can see what they can suggest. :)

for some person it just fixed itself after a couple days im sure it will fix itself to me too but its been 1 week

eh? Well if you still have an issue, why did you post this? Which would indicate you fixed the issue as it was your NAT.

just ran into this issue, me and my brother cant connect to eachother, doesn't matter who connects to who, both have dynamic IP

Has anyone solved this? My boyfriend and I both have the game on PC and were able to play together for about a year before starting it back up again recently and they cannot connect.

I found a solution its so simple
all I had to do was go to settings time and language and
turn on set time automatically and set time zone automatically
if you already have them on just turn them off then on
and make sure your friends do the same
