My laptop is under the requirements but I'm still running it with 60 fps

Don't be so quick to be rude. Laptop cards are not listed so it's a perfectly acceptable question.

Yes a 860M will run this game with a decent framerate. I'm going to assume you have a 2GB model which is maxwell architecture so you have a lot of overclocking potential on that card.

The only issue I see is that you have a dual core CPU and the requirements are seeking quad core. Perhaps someone else can answer regarding your CPU, but your GPU is perfectly fine to run this, maybe having to turn down to low/medium but still playable.

I think you probably could. As the poster above said, the GPU is fine. The CPU may be your hold up.

My GTX 860M and my Gaming Notebook plays this Game on 60-100 fps with all maxed settings and zero negative issues :)
