I just done that mission, they're spread out in the school where Erol and his nephews are, he's in a wheelchair you can't miss him the crayons are in that room.

I'm not doing that mission, but I ran past a school and saw crayons sitting on a swing set. Didn't know why they were there.

Thanks, Redfeather75, that was the clue I needed. The other crayons are sitting on the hopscotch game nearby. The mission tracker keeps sending you inside the school, but once inside it tells you to leave again. Damn confusing. Crayons are outside in the playground.

I found them inside in the room with erol and his nephews, spread all over.
