The in-game description says "Grants you superhuman abilities - you will deal more damage, fight and run without getting tired and become more resistant to attacks." So my guess is it does exactly that

give you the Stamina booster and resistance booster effects whilst giving you a bit more damage

It literally gives you the boosts from all of the craftable potions at once. It gives you infinite stamina for both combat and sprinting, increases your damage slightly, greatly improves your damage resistance, and gives you the speed boost.

Short version - It's a one-shot potion of all your craftable potions. Sans the camouflage potion, which sucks anyway.

the easiest way to put it is, it turns you into a god..... you can beat 4 big zombies without dodging any of their attacks with a wooden floor plank that does 10 damage.... without much problem as well.... I also tried going into rai's place and just sunbathe in the gunfire as I floor plank everyone of them to death.... slowly.... by hitting their legs
